Returns & Exchanges
We ask that you handle everything with care including returns.
Important: Please make sure to review the size chart before purchasing any piece. International buyers are not eligible for returns or refunds. Only domestic orders (within Jordan) may be returned or exchanged within 2–3 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, with tags

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To begin a return, email us at musehwc@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags intact and in the original packaging.
If the product is not returned in the proper condition, we will not be able to process the exchange.
Note: Exchanges are only available for domestic orders (within Jordan). International buyers are not eligible for exchanges.
Damages / Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us immediately at musehwc@gmail.com so we can make it right. Including photos of the item and packaging will help us resolve the issue faster.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method.
Keep in mind your bank may take a few days to post it.
